Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How fast internet do I need?

You should have at least 30 mb/s and a ping (response time in ms/milliseconds) of 10-20 to experience trouble-free viewing. You can test this by carrying out a broadband test via www.speedtest.net or www.bredbandskollen.se and see what speed you get. The best time of day to test your speed is any day between 7pm and 10pm when most broadband providers have high usage. Unfortunately, there is some false marketing from the major providers where they promise, for example, 100 MB / s in upload and download speed when in fact you may only get 40-60 MB / s.

If you are unlucky, you will get your promised speed if you:

  • only surfing during the day.
  • only browsing websites that have servers based in Sweden.

Therefore, we ask you to test your broadband between 19-22 when most people actually use their network. If you’re getting much less than you’re paying for, unfortunately it’s time to change your broadband provider because they’re lying to you.

Can I use my subscription on several devices at the same time?

No, it is strictly forbidden. You can only use your channel package on one device at a time, even if the other devices are in the same household. We have extra connections you can buy so you can watch more devices at the same time. You can buy extra IPTV connections here.

Can I take my subscription or box abroad, to my holiday home?

Yes absolutely, as long as you have an internet connection
