Terms & Conditions

In order for your service with us at Rapid IPTV Sweden to work as smoothly as possible, we ask you to read and follow our terms and conditions on this page.

  • Only one connection per account is allowed. You cannot use your Rapid IPTV account on multiple devices at the same time, even if it is the same household. It can be used on several different devices (up to five) as long as it is never used simultaneously.
  • Prohibited to share your account with friends, family etc. Your account data is a document of value and should be treated as such.
  • Jumping too quickly between IP addresses is prohibited as this is not considered normal use. In the same household, you get the same IP address when your devices are connected to Wi-Fi.
  • Restricting our channels is prohibited.
  • Recording one channel while watching another channel is prohibited, as you are using double the bandwidth and causing exactly the same damage to us as if you were watching two devices at the same time.
  • You may use a VPN but it is not recommended as many IP addresses of most VPN services are/may be blacklisted. In addition, you are more likely to experience lagging. Of course, we cannot be responsible for any damage that may occur if your link is blacklisted by us due to rapid jumps between many different IP addresses.

Rules for purchases

In addition to the above, the following also apply:

  • Do not make purchases while connected via a VPN service.
  • Do NOT use disposable mail accounts such as mailinator, fakemailgenerator, stromox, zainmax, zain etc.
  • Don’t email us with requests about when your account will be ready, we’ll get back to you as soon as we can. Your account details will be automatically delivered to the email address you provided once your payment is completed (usually takes about 10-60 minutes).

Some broadband providers basically block all IPTV providers. They help TV providers to fight pirate TV. This is not our responsibility or fault, it is the fight against piracy and a desperate attempt to stop it. Many providers have declined to help TV providers filter the internet as they believe in a free internet for their customers, unfortunately this is not the case for Telia and Viasat/Allente. Contact our support and we will help you find out if you are really blocked via your ISP (Internet Service Provider/Operator).
